All pupils at Lonsdale have an individual learning plan (ILP).  These provide accurate and detailed information on individual educational needs and include aspirations and goals.  They also have individual care plans (ICP) which incorporate detailed healthcare needs.  Learning Support Assistants support Teachers in their small class groups and are trained to manage the care needs of our pupils. Personal care needs are dealt with in a private and dignified manner.  Physical needs are well managed across the school.  All staff are highly committed and proactive ensuring that all individual needs are met.
