At Lonsdale School, all pupils and staff are members of a House. Each House has its own colour and is named after inspirational celebrities who despite their disabilities achieved their dreams.

Throughout the year, there are many House events like baking, drama, music and sports competitions, through which pupils and staff compete for House points. Weekly achievements are also converted into House points.
